We found the following Affliate Tracker program which offers significant features at a fraction of the cost of some other programs. Unfortunately for us, this site, being Windows based, is one of the 10% of sites that this program does not integrate with. So IASP, our web designer, is constructing a purpose built affiliate program for us.

What is Affiliate Tracker
Affiliate Tracker® is a brand new piece of business automation software designed to help you build and manage your own network of affiliates (or resellers). Its sole purpose is to help online business owners grow once they have a successful product worth promoting on a larger scale. We would never promote anything that we do not use or believe in ourselves, therefore we do use this software as part of our daily routine.
How exactly does it work?
You pay others a commission for every sale they generate for you. Whether it be pay-per sale, pay-per click or even a pay-percentage basis, Affiliate Tracker® handles it all. It generates a unique URL with a special ID attached for your re-seller to insert on their web site.
Once uploaded, Affiliate Tracker® will track that unique URL and records every click and sale generated from it.
At the end of the month, you simply click "Pay Your Affiliates" and it automatically sends all your affiliates a monthly report via e-mail containing all their sales figures and performance of that month as well as provides you (the owner) with an e-mail of everyone's progress.
Once completed, it resets all affiliates clicks and sales back to 0 before providing you with a fully printable affiliate report which tells you who to write cheque's for and where to send them!
